Serene sat in class, not really paying attention to the teacher, she was reading, she had already finished the classroom assignment, and decided to jump into a good book, she was nearing the first chapter of a new book, which sounded highly interesting to her, "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone". she gave a slight sigh, and flipped the page, the book was interesting, and she was enjoying it quite well, she just wondered how long it'd be before class was over, and she'd have to pack up, and head to her next class.

[Kaho Ritsoku]

Kaho walked in and handed the teacher a note then he went and sat down next to serene "hey, whats your name?" Kaho whispered he had gotten his schedule changed and decided to get to know her

Serene didn't seem to pay attention, she was too caught up into her book, she looked over and wondered who had made that noise, she turned over, and noticed it was someone, and she soon lost interest in the whole matter. She went back to her book, and flipped a couple of pages, as she sped read through the book, having a photographic memory, but she soon stopped, and started to read slower, that way she could take the book into more detail.

Kaho looked at her detirmined to make a new friend "ok then how ya doin?" he asked smiling

"Fine-" she said rudely, and went back to her book, not really sure why this person was talking to her, but they obviously seemed to have taken quite a liking to her, so she would speak to them, just a little bit and maybe they would leave her alone. She turned another page in her book, and continued reading.

Kaho wasent the type of person to give up on the first snide comment "my names Kaho its nice to meet you" Kaho said smiling the best he could

I was thinking maybe they could have their lockers next to each other...

Looked over and gave a smile, and suddenly the bell rang, it was time for lunch, she got up, and walked over toward her locker, dodging people through the hallway not saying a word. She opened her locker casually to get her lunch, and items. She gave a wide grin, and than looked inside for a moment, and placed her book back in her locket, she gave a slight frown, and than continued rummaging through her locker, to find some money, for any other purchases.

Kaho walked over to his locker and noticed his was next to hers "hey we even have lockers next to eachother!" Kaho said laughing (coincidence?) he thought

"wonderful..." muttered Serene, as she stared over at Kaho, and gave a smile, "My name is Serene" she gave a slight curtsey, and than pulled her remaining cash, that she had, and placed it in her bag lunch, and stared over at Kaho. "So I guess we have the same math class." she whispered, as she stared over at Kaho, hoping they didn't have all the same classes, but probably to her cruel fate they would.

"i guess so, who do you have after lunch?" Kaho asked smiling (so shes not so mean after all) he thought happily

"I have language..." she muttered, still a bit nervous, she didn't really talk to many people around her, it just wasn't her type of thing to do, she stared at him turning a bit red, by the fact, she really didn't know what to say, so it was some what humiliating. "So um..." she couldn't think of anything to say. "Have you read any good books lately?" she asked, casually, I bet he doesn't find reading a good hobby, so we may not have the same language teacher at least. she thought this pretty confidently.

Kaho smiled "yeah i have i just started a book called harry potter and the sorcerers stone" he said holding it out "i just finished the 1st chapter"

Serene gave a slight nod, and a bit of frustrated grin, her face was turning red, He likes to read, that's a nice interest... of course it could be all a show..., "So what do you usually make on your report card" she asked, this plainly, If he's smart that would be even more shocking, but I wonder if he even finished the class room assignment, he might have, while he was talking hmmm

"eh? B+ and A's i may not seem smart at first but thats just because im lazy" Kaho said laughing and scratching the back of his head

"Wow... he's kinda cute..." she muttered, as she backed away, first person I talk to in a while, and I'm already having a crush, I better walk off, before I same something dumb, I wonder what he thinks about me. She ran off quickly, and ran toward the cafeteria.
